    This Hero is one of the world's top Himalayan mountaineers, and a successful ascensionist of 8 of the world's 14 eight-thousanders. This esteemed guest is also a member of the national Polish Mountaineering Association and a board member of Mountaineering Club Warsaw. For several years, this Hero has been executing a plan to complete the Crown of the Himalayas — that's all 14 eight-thousanders. All treks are carried out without the use of an oxygen cylinder.

  • Robert Bednarski, President of the Board, Grupa Onet.pl

    In 1997-2001, he conducted training programs for managers in accounting for capital groups. Prior to joining Onet he worked for five years in the capital group Can Pack, where he gained experience in financial management of a large international organization.

    In Onet works since 1999, first as CFO, and since 2001 as Member of the Board responsible for finance, investment and general and administrative expenses. Since 2007, as Vice-President of the Management Board he has been responsible for the sales, marketing, PR, research, finance, legal and corporate relations. In mid-2011 he was appointed Director General (COO) taking further responsibility for the product and the coordination of operational management of the group. In January 2012, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Grupa Onet.pl SA.

    He is an avid skier and also plays volleyball and enjoys fishing. In 2003 he won the individual bronze medal at the World Championships and a silver medal in the team, in 2005 won the Team European Championship. He is married and has two children and holds a PhD in economics.

  • Robert Bosch, Chief Sales Officer, Sociomantic Labs

    With more than 12 years of leadership experience at top online companies, Bosch is now responsible for driving revenue strategy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Sociomantic. Prior to Sociomantic, Bosch was most recently a director at Google Germany, where he steered the company’s agency business in the German market. Prior to Google, Bosch served as senior vice president of business development EMEA at Groupon, after nearly ten years of serving in the top management of Axel Springer.

  • Tomasz Musiał, Regional Manager CEE, Smart Adserver

    Tomasz Musiał has 11 years of experience in digital advertising. Since March 2013 he is responsible for business development of Smart Adserver's business in Central and Eastern Europe, with focus on display, mobile and video advertising. As a specialist in real-time bidding from the publisher perspective, he has deep knowledge and experience with optimization of publishers’ revenue in programmatic channel.

    As an active member of Internet Advertising Bureau Poland, he is a participant of SEM/SEO and Adserver Technology task groups as well as member of chapter and jury at IAB Mixx Awards & Conference. He has been a speaker at numerous Polish conferences (such as AdStandard, Mobile Trends Conference, Internet Poland, AdUniverse and SEMstandard) and international ones (Webit, Bulgaria; Internet Hungary; DPAD, Romania; Romanian NewMedia Conference, and more). He is the author of many publications about digital advertising in industry publications such as Interaktywnie.com, IAB annual reports and guides, Marketing w Praktyce, and Informedia Poland.

    Formerly he worked at NetSprint.pl as Business Development Director, Managing Director at BusinessClick.com (Money.pl Group) and as Business Analyst at IBM Deutschland in Stuttgart.

    Mr. Musiał graduated Arhus School of Business in Denmark with specialization Business Performance Management and Warsaw School of Economics with specialization marketing and management. He was a scholar at Wirtschaftuniersität Wien in Austria. He is also a fanatical squash-player, addicted snowboarder and passionate kite-surfer.

  • Stefan Konopatzki, CMO, Stilago

    Stefan Konopatzki is CMO for Stilago, an international fashion ecommerce company. Covering 14 Central and Eastern European countries, Stefan implements new direct marketing mechanisms across the region generating leads, orders and developing customers to become brand evangelists of Stilago. With a strong focus on detail, Stefan has strategically designed and operationally implemented a granular eCRM customer communication program which covers traditional channels as well as social media. Based on customer requests, live online tests and markets’ best practices, the eCRM strategy impact the entire customer journey from lead generation to ex-customer reactivation and has become a driver for the group’s growth. This truly multi-channel approach merges marketing and customer service activities into one holistic approach to the customer. Previously, Stefan was the group’s CMO at a global coupon network and co-founder of Alienware Europe, Dell’s high-performance computer branch.

  • Paweł Ostrowski, Digital Projects & e-Commerce, nc+

    Paweł Ostrowski from the very beginning of his work was related to the Internet. The main part of his experience gained at Samsung Electronics Poland, where he went through all levels of the hierarchy: from the Webmaster, the Specialist, to the Head of the Division of Online dealing comprehensively with the company's strategy in the network. After more than 7 years of cooperation with Samsung, walked to the platform nc+ for the position of Director of Digital Projects and e-Commerce to develop a key area for the company, which is the Internet communication. In nc+ is responsible for the services and applications, subscribers and thematic activities related to e-Commerce as well as for the Internet campaigns.

  • Dylan Slaney, Head of Brand UK & Tesco Markets , dunnhumby

    Dylan is an expert in creating business value and competitive advantage via the generation of actionable insights and personalised communications from "big data" and digital solutions. He has 12 years' experience in the retail and media sectors, having worked on both the client-side (Sara Lee, Remington, Entertainment UK) and the supplier and agency side (The Creation Agency) prior to joining dunnhumby in 2011. In his current role, Mr. Slaney focuses on the development and deployment of dunnhumby's propositions for brands across the UK and Tesco Markets.

  • Krzysztof Sobieszek, Chief Strategy Officer, ZenithOptimedia Group

    Krzysztof Sobieszek is a consultant and strategist involved in new media and e-marketing. He was a member of the Board of IAB Poland from 2010-2013. For many years worked in the department of interactive media at media agency Mindshare, where he was also responsible for innovations in digital media and online communication and where he worked with brands such as Ford, Volvo, Nike, Samsung, VW Bank, IBM, Lenovo. From 2009-2013, he worked at Nasza Klasa, where he managed marketing and data areas and was directly responsible for teams of marketing communication, data warehousing, internal research, marketing analysis as well as the company's internal market research agency, Research.NK.

    Currently, he is Strategy Director at ZenithOptimedia Group, where he is responsible for strategic planning and integrated communication (online and offline).

    He is the author of many research projects, scientific and industry publications, a speaker at numerous of training courses and seminars and a lecturer on issues related to digital media and relational marketing at management courses, the Strategic Leadership Academy and the Academy of Innovation organized by ICAN Institute (Harvard Business Publishing). His research interests focus on the impact of technology on people and business.

    A graduate of political science and sociology at the University of Warsaw, Sobieszek is an incurable optimist with regards to the completion of his doctorate degree focusing on models of the spread of information in new media.

  • Urszula Szymczyk, Marketing Activation Manager My Coke Teens, Coca-Cola

    Urszula Szymczyk is a passionate marketer with 10 years experience. She graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Management and Marketing. She has worked with major brands such as Marlboro, Activia, Red Bull and Coca-Cola.
    She started off at Philip Morris with Malboro, and later participated in launching Activia on the Polish market. Her further experience includes Red Bull's Bullit brand. Currently she is responsible for brand at The Coca-Cola Company. She loves long-distance traveling, cooking, crime stories reading, as well as solving logic puzzles and playing board games.

  • Jan Wittek, Head of Client Development, Google

    As Head of Client Development, Jan Wittek is in charge of the Google DoubleClick Ad Exchange (AdX) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The DoubleClick Ad Exchange is a real-time marketplace to buy and sell online advertising space much more efficiently and easily across the web.

    Prior to joining Google, Mr. Wittek was in charge of strategy and mergers & acquisitions at the zanox group, Europe's largest online affiliate marketing network. He started his career at the international management consultancy A.T. Kearney, where he advised clients from the media, communications and high-tech industries on strategy, including marketing and sales topics.

  • Marcin Winkler, Head of Internet Marketing, Play

    Marcin Winkler is a head of team of Internet Marketing in P4 (Play). Leads initiatives in the areas: online marketing communication, social media, performance marketing, ecommerce, usability and UX and development of portals.

    Previously, for many years associated with the advertising industry as an Account Director and then Managing Director of OMD media house. He also led numerous projects as an advisor to the boards of leading companies from the following industries: Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services and Automotive. Marcin Winkler has extensive experience in marketing effectiveness and ROI optimization. Conducts training on interactive marketing in the Association of Advertising Agencies, speaker at numerous industry conferences in the country and abroad, juror in Effie.

    Marcin Winkler earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2011) also studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw.

  • Maciej Wyszyński, Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe, Sociomantic Labs

    As sociomantic’s MD CEE, Maciej Wyszynski is responsible for the region strategy, heading all sales and development efforts as well as overseeing and nurturing client relationships. Most recently he has been working as an independent CEE market entry consultant. Prior to his consultancy, Wyszynski launched zanox’ Warsaw office in 2008 as Head of zanox Poland. Before zanox he worked for eBay in Berlin.
