Your Mission
  • Negotiate deals, acquire new publishers and build deeper relationships with existing partners to grow Sociomantic’s supply portfolio across Central Eastern Europe
  • Conduct in-depth data-driven portfolio analyses to identify opportunities for both new and existing publisher partners
  • Be pro-active and bring lasting mutual added value to publisher partners based on a thorough knowledge and understanding of partner data and statistics
  • Deliver analyses and reports to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with publisher partners.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Attend and present at meetings and trainings to develop your network of publishers
Your Track Record
  • 1-2 years of experience in partner management, consulting, business development or account management (ideally in display advertising or performance marketing sectors)
  • Strong understanding of the online media and marketing industry, preferably with an extensive network of publishers
  • A passion for negotiating deals and analysing data
  • Strong academics with degree in business, engineering, economics, marketing, or similar, or equivalent business experience
  • Extensive business network and solid references
  • Fluent English and Polish required both written and oral, other languages beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
