Your Mission
  • Be a key member of the dunnhumby global Recruitment team
  • Be a part of the integration program with dunnhumby focusing on harmonizing the global recruitment strategy and processes to create positive candidate experiences and positive impact on our brand
  • Provide end to end recruitment on a range of diverse roles including Tech, Design, Sales and Corporate Support
  • Manage all roles across 12 markets globally
  • Advertise roles and identify candidates according to the relevant job criteria, using employee referrals, online database searches and networking and other sources as appropriate
  • Schedule and conduct interviews such as preliminary phone interviews, in-person interviews and skype-interviews
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
  • Use creative methods for talent acquisition, proactively conducting head-hunting, research and investigating new and innovative ways to identify candidates
  • Create sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines
Your Track Record
  • Demonstrated experience in Recruiting with a focus on hiring technical roles (ideally in Online Marketing and Tech sectors)
  • Degree in Human Resources/Business or Arts is necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, fluency in another language (especially German) will be looked upon favourably
  • Very good understanding of recruiting strategies and technologies with experience in using an ATS
  • Proven knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment and selection
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • A strong communicator who can work with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels
  • A pro-active team member who can meet deadlines and has a problem solving and analytical mind set
