Your Mission
  • Acting as a technical specialist on the Sociomantic RTB eCommerce products and solutions
  • Provide technical support for clients with regards to product data and tracking functionalities
  • Report to the Team Leader and (on request) to the Managing Director
  • Teamwork with Creative Team to implement dynamic banners
  • Supervise and manage technical issues with regards to RTB performance optimization
  • Work with clients and colleagues to deliver consistent product performance and develop solutions for product issues
  • Close cooperation with the “First Level Support”
  • Proposal of new solutions to optimize client campaigns and increase sales revenues
  • Support of account managers in development and implementation of complex solution offers
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
Your Track Record
  • Degree in economics, media informatics, computer science, or related with focus on marketing or industrial engineering and/or IT
  • Alternatively, 1 year of professional experience within the ITC sector, especially in customer service and sales environments
  • Dotcom or agency background, preferably in pre- and post-sales environments
  • Proven technical conversion competence of complex software integration environments
  • Basic knowledge of XSLT, HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Basic sales training (behaviors, methods, proceedings)
  • Fluency and strong communication skills in written and spoken English (preferably native level)
  • Other languages beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
  • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
  • Strong commercial and service orientation
